Shipping Policies
Shipping
Orders will be fulfilled within 1-3 business days, and you'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. Shipping times, provided with the tracking number, may vary depending on the season and courier services used. Typically, shipments within Canada and the USA are handled by Canada Post, while most international shipments also utilize Canada Post. Please note that shipping time alone cannot justify order cancellation. Kindly ensure that the name and billing address associated with your credit card match the shipping address, as we exclusively ship to the billing address. Providing incorrect information could lead to delays or order cancellation. In the event of undeliverable packages returned to us, they will be held for in-person pickup unless alternative arrangements for reshipping are made, at the buyer's expense. Neu/Alt assumes no responsibility for lost packages resulting from inaccurate information provided to us, without exceptions.
Rates
Shipping within Canada is variable depending on the size and weight of the product. Packages less than 2kg are $9.99 flat rate. Packages over 2kg are $14.99 flat rate.
We are also please to offer free tracked package shipping within Canada on orders over $200
Express rates. Please inquire with us for more details. Taxes and duties additional.
In-Person Pick Up
In Person pickup is currently not available at this moment as we work on launching our bricks and mortar store. We are however able to do deliveries within the GTA/GHA area on orders over $500. Once your order has been placed, please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to process and you will be notified when the order is ready.
